Il Clan Drenai

COME ENTRARE NEL CLAN (NEOFITA): TITOLO + GRADO SUPERIORE A 10, OPPURE ATTRAVERSO L'INTERCESSIONE DI UN SINISCALCO. PER IL GRADO DI NEOFITA NON SI RICHIEDE GIURAMENTO. I NEOFITI POTRANNO USCIRE DAL CLAN IN QUALSIASI MOMENTO SENZA ESSERE TACCIATI DI TRADIMENTO.

COME DIVENTARE VASSALLO: Per diventare vassallo d'ora in poi il neofito dovrà portare 5 nuovi membri nel klan.... egli (il neofito) dovrà prenderli 1/1 e farli diventare 5/5 nella città di Sunpol... successivamente una volta diventato 5/5 dovrà portarlo a Bang... sede del klan DRENAI! L'addestramento dovrà avvenire nella seguente modalità ideata da Daigo e approvata all'unanimità:
- al niubbo ( neofita) vengono elargiti poke migliaia di talleri e qualche mantra essenziale tipo cura e prana per consentirgli un equipaggiamento decente per affrontare le prime missioni a hiperion
- accompagnarlo in missione spiegando come ingaggiare un mostro e come comportarsi con le varie missioni ( consegne pacco, scorte, named, mostri pacco , ecc), senza pero fare la miss al posto suo
- Non abbuffatelo di mantra e armi, deve capire da solo ke gli oggetti si trovano nelle miss e ke deve guadagnarsele
- Non promettete promozioni, queste verranno da sole se si diviene molto attivi, disponibili al combattimento, e nn troppo spammosi ( opzionale).

COME DIVENTARE SINISCALCO: I VASSALLI aspiranti al grado di siniskalko dovranno raggiungere un totale di TITOLO+GRADO di 55 (es. un barbaro 28/27).
Per i MONOLINEA (gilde ke utilizzano solo titolo o solo grado) basterà raggiungere un totale di 47 TITOLO+GRADO quindi per un kacciatore basterà essere 32/15 per raggiungere i requisiti.

Una volta raggiunti i necessari requisiti i vassalli non diventeranno automatikamente siniskalki ma potranno soltanto far domanda su un apposito post messo sul forum privato DRENAI per diventare siniskalki.
Entro due giorni dalla domanda si dovrà riunire il konsiglio dei feudatari e dei siniskalki per valutare ke l'aspirante siniskalko abbia i seguenti requisiti:

1- Ke abbia effettivamente raggiunto il potenziale per diventare siniskalko.

2- Valutare i meriti dovuti ad azioni in battaglia, il comportamento fuori e dentro al clan, il rispetto delle regole, il rispetto per l'individuo ( no insulti no parolacce), il rispetto della chat ( tipo se un feudatario parla di cose importanti evitare lo spam nella chat).

3- Valutare l'effettivo bisogno da parte del klan di un nuovo siniskalko.

4- Durante tali riunioni sarà necessaria una maggioranza dei 3/4 del consiglio ke presiede in quel momento per promuovere il vassallo in siniskalko.

Una volta nominato siniskalko l'ex vassallo verrà presentato kome tale in gioko dal feudatario in persona.... La promozione effettiva potrà avvenire quindi solo in presenza di un feudatario.

I sekondi, terzi, quarti e via di seguito PG del siniskalko non potranno avere grado superiore a quello di vassallo.

LIKE ENTERING IN THE CLAN (NEOPHYTE): TITLE + ADVANCED DEGREE To 10, OR THROUGH the INTERCESSIONE OF A SINISCALCO. FOR THE NEOPHYTE DEGREE OATH IS NOT DEMANDED. The NEOPHYTES WILL BE ABLE TO EXIT ANYTIME From the CLAN WITHOUT BEING TRACED OF TRADIMENTO.

LIKE BECOMING VASSALLO: In order to become vassallo of hour in then the neophyte it will have to carry 5 new members in the clan.... (the neophyte) will have to take them 1/1 and to make them subsequently to become 5/5 in the city of Sunpol... once become 5/5 he must carry it to Bang... center of clan DRENAI! The training will have to happen in the following modality devised from Daigo and approved of to the unanimità:

- to niubbo (the neophyte) they come lavished poke migliaia of talleri and some mantra essential type cures and prana for consentirgli a decent equipment in order to face the first missions to hiperion

LIKE BECOMING SINISCALCO: The VASSALLI aspirants to the degree of siniscalco will have to catch up a total of TITLE + DEGREE of 55 (es. Barbarians 28/27). For MONOLINEA (gilde that they use solo tito it or only degree) will be enough to catch up a 47 total of TITLE + DEGREE therefore for a hunter will be enough to be 32/15 in order to catch up requirement.

Once caught up necessary requirement the vassalli will not become automatically siniscalchi but they will be able to only make question on an appropriate one post put on private forum DRENAI in order to become siniscalchi. Within two days from the question the council of the feudatari and the siniscalchi will have to be re-united in order to estimate that the aspirant siniscalco has following requirement:

1- That has effectively caught up it upgrades them in order to become siniscalco.

2- Valutare the which had merits to actions in battle, the behavior outside and within to the clan, the respect of the rules, the respect for the individual (not insults not bad words), the respect of chat (the type if a feudatario speaks about things important to avoid the Spam in the chat).

3- Valutare the effective need from part of the clan of a new one siniscalco.

4- During such reunions a majority of the 3/4 of the council will be necessary that presides in that moment in order to promote the vassallo in siniscalco. Once name siniscalco the former ones vassallo it comes introduced as such in game from the feudatario in person.... The effective promotion will be able to only happen therefore in presence of a feudatario. The second ones, thirds party, quarters and via of continuation PG of the siniscalco will not be able to have advanced degree to that one of vassallo.
